The Greenville Origin Story

We knew we would eventually expand into South Carolina, and when the opportunity to plant a flag in Greenville presented itself, we got to work. In late 2013, a current client asked us if we could manage their recently acquired Greenville office portfolio. We said yes, moved one of our top-performing property managers from Charlotte to Greenville, and opened Trinity Partners Greenville in early 2014. Our management team and portfolio steadily grew over the years while we looked for the right team to expand our services into brokerage. Our patience paid off. In early 2024, we named three top market leaders as partners and leaders of our new brokerage platform: Edward Wilson, Lakin Parr, and Walt Robinson, and named Greenville’s first employee, Nicole Oakley, a partner. Together, they lead an exceptional group of leasing and property management professionals while growing our Upstate footprint.
