Grayson Burgess, CCIM, SIOR, is a partner in Trinity Partners’ Greenville, SC office, where he specializes in office and medical office sales and leasing. He joined Trinity Partners in February 2024 as a senior broker and was named partner in 2026, recognized for his consistent production, client-first approach, and leadership within the office.

Grayson began his commercial real estate career at The Burgess Company, LLC in Greenville, where he worked alongside his father, industry leader Bill Burgess, as a second-generation broker. There, he helped commercial tenants find space to meet their needs and represented investors seeking to acquire properties, as well as owners looking to sell or lease their assets, maintaining leasing and management responsibilities for more than 300,000 square feet of multi-tenant commercial real estate.

A recognized leader in the industry, Grayson was named a Crexi Platinum Broker in 2021 and a CoStar Power Broker in 2017. He serves on the Board of Directors for the South Carolina chapter of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and is an active member of the Carolinas Chapter of SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors).

Grayson earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Clemson University. Before college, he served four years in the U.S. Marine Corps, rising to the rank of Sergeant. His service included two combat deployments to Afghanistan, as well as a deployment with the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit aboard the USS Boxer, USS New Orleans, and USS Comstock throughout the Pacific Theater.

Outside the office, Grayson enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah, and their two children. He is an avid traveler and outdoorsman who enjoys snowboarding, camping, and playing hockey.
