Walt Robinson, CCIM, SIOR, NAR

Walt joined Trinity Partners in January 2024 as a partner and broker in the Greenville office. He brings to his role many years of industry experience and an intense focus on all aspects – investment sales, value add, leasing and development – of industrial and flex properties.  

He started his career as a freight broker for a third-party logistics provider, which provided him an eagle’s eye view of the industrial real estate industry. Walt can evaluate properties from a user’s (or even truck driver’s) perspective. Additionally, the extremely fast-paced logistics industry trained him to respond to and solve problems quickly. Within two years, he was promoted twice, overseeing about 10 brokers. Immediately prior to Trinity Partners, he was a senior broker associate with Wilson Kibler, where he transacted $75 million in business in the past two years. 

Walt forms deep bonds with industry colleagues and clients, noting that deals come together much easier when there’s mutual admiration and respect involved. He credits his career wins to his hard work and drive, but also to his good fortune of being born and raised in Greenville. Many friends (and their families) are in influential positions across multiple industries. His network and reputation are strong. 

Walt earned his Bachelor of Science degree in management and marketing from University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business.  

He’s involved in his community. He’s a Greenville Gamecock Club board member, St. Andrew’s Society member and March of Dimes volunteer.  

Walt is a golfer, Ironman triathlete, husband and father.
