In 1998, three Charlotte industry leaders left large, national commercial real estate firms to start Trinity Partners. They built their new firm with an entrepreneurial mindset unrestrained by typical corporate guidelines and expectations. They hired the right people and gave them latitude and support to find opportunities and creatively solve problems for their clients. That entrepreneurial spirit led to significant growth across the Southeast with no signs of slowing anytime soon.  

Now, 26 years later, Trinity Partners is led by a dynamic group of industry professional and local market experts. We’re hands-on, making it our mission to know our markets better than anyone. That knowledge, our experience, and our holistic approach deliver meaningful results for our clients.

Company founded by Peter Conway, Gary Chesson, and David Allen.

2004

Moved into Charlotte’s Uptown Carillon building.

2009

Moved into Uptown Charlotte’s Ally Center.

51 Employees

2010

Partnered with former Advantis partner, David Townsend, to open Raleigh office, expand service lines to include Construction Management.

2011

Hired our first Marketing Director, began in-house marketing services for clients.

2013

Opened first South Carolina office in Greenville with property management portfolio.

2018

Opened Columbia office with four partners from NAI.

2020

Successfully transitioned to work-from-home and back to the office while continuing to grow.
