Lakin brings a decade of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of single tenant net lease (STNL) properties. By leveraging his extensive background in net lease investment sales, Lakin helps his clients maximize the value of their commercial real estate in an increasingly competitive market.
A Greenville native, Lakin graduated from High Point University with a degree in Business Administration. He is an Eagle Scout and serves as an active board member for Conestee Nature Preserve. Lakin is also a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and volunteers regularly as part of the Meals on Wheels executive council.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find Lakin traveling, cycling, running, mountain biking, or riding motocross. He and his wife, Paige, along with their two daughters, enjoy living just off Augusta Road, only minutes from Downtown Greenville.
