Trinity Partners is pleased to announce that national apparel and lifestyle retailer Faherty has signed a lease for 2,742 square feet at 200 N. Main Street in Downtown Greenville, marking the brand’s first Upstate location and third store in South Carolina. 

Cheyenne Putnam represented the Landlord in the transaction, securing Faherty for the prominent Main Street storefront occupied by Dapper Dog. 

The lease represents a significant milestone for Greenville’s downtown retail market, achieving the highest retail lease rate recorded in Downtown Greenville to date. Faherty signed a ten-year lease for the space and plans to open its Downtown Greenville store early 2027.

Founded in 2013, Faherty is a family-owned apparel and lifestyle brand known for its premium, casual clothing inspired by life by the water. The company has grown to more than 80 stores nationwide. Greenville will join Faherty’s existing South Carolina locations in Charleston and Kiawah Island.
