Edward joined Trinity Partners in January 2024 as lead broker and managing partner of the Greenville office. He brings to his role 16 years of industry experience and a keen focus on office and medical office leasing.

He enjoys and thrives in every aspect of real estate deal-making – tenant representation and landlord representation, buyer side and seller side. His goal is always to maximize the value of any real estate transaction or investment. He likes solving problems and has worked on several high-profile corporate mergers, helping to reduce duplication and sunk costs.

Prior to Trinity Partners, Edward spent 16 years at Wilson Kibler, where he was managing partner. He has helped lease, sell and develop more than two million square feet of office space in the upstate. Notable clients have included Ahold Delhaize, Amec Foster Wheeler, Bon Secours, Fluor, Isomer and Nexus.

Edward earned his Bachelor of Science degree in real estate management from University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business.

He values community and civic involvement. He’s an active member of the South Carolina National Guard as an Army engineer and currently serving in a command position. He is president of the Greenville Oyster Club, a community group aimed at fostering relationships, and enjoys participating in Search Ministries, a nondemoninational faith group. He has volunteered with the March of Dimes, Meals on Wheels of Greenville and other non-profit organizations.

Edward enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter as well as traveling and learning about other cultures.
