Nicole Oakley 

Partner and Director of Property Management, Greenville, SC 

Nicole is a veteran team member at Trinity Partners, which she joined in 2010, and a veteran of the commercial real estate industry. She is both a partner and the director of property management for the Greenville office. She has 20 years of property management experience – 15 years in commercial real estate and five years in condominium association management. 

She started her Trinity Partners career in the Charlotte office before moving to Greenville in 2013 to open the office there. In her time there, the operation has grown from 685,000 square feet under management to nearly two million square feet. That growth is a credit to Nicole’s hard work, natural instincts and dedication. 

In her role as partner and director of property management, Nicole is charged with heading up Greenville’s property management division while fostering collaboration between the firm’s service lines and growing the Greenville office. She is particularly skilled at listening to clients, identifying tenant needs and fine tuning services to meet and exceed their expectations. She has a reputation for developing strong tenant retention through regular communication and building events and offerings. 

Nicole  has oversight of millions of dollars in capital improvement projects, including roof replacements, cooling tower and HVAC upgrades, tenant upfits, interior renovations and the development of amenities like state-of-the-art fitness centers and tenant lounge spaces. Notable clients include Garrison Investment Group, Tourmaline Capital Partners, JFR Global Investments, Front Street Capital and Ahold Information Services. She holds her South Carolina property manager license and North Carolina real estate broker license. She is a  candidate for the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation. 

She  earned her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Davidson College. 

Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter as well as hiking and crafting. She co-leads the South Carolina Mountains to Midlands Girl Scout Troop.
