Trinity Partners, one of the Southeast’s leading commercial real estate firms, is proud to announce that Grayson Burgess, SIOR, CCIM, has been named a partner in the firm’s Greenville, SC office. Burgess joined Trinity Partners in February 2024 as a Senior Broker and has quickly established himself as a top producer, specializing in office and medical office sales and leasing.
This promotion reflects the character, work ethic, and team-first mentality Burgess has brought to the Greenville office since joining the firm. Known for delivering best-in-class service and unwavering ethics, he has built a strong practice in office and medical office assignments by consistently putting the success of his colleagues and clients ahead of his own. He has also shown the ability to lead when called upon while remaining a thoughtful, committed team member with a genuine drive to keep growing both personally and professionally.
“Grayson has tremendous trust in those around him and empowers his colleagues to leverage their individual strengths, creating a collaborative environment where the entire team can succeed. We are grateful for his commitment to Trinity Partners and for the positive impact he has on his colleagues, clients, friends, and family,” said Edward Wilson, Managing Partner, Trinity Partners Greenville.
As partner, Burgess will continue to lead office and medical office sales and leasing engagements for Trinity Partners’ Greenville-area clients, working alongside Wilson and the firm’s brokerage team to grow the office’s presence across the Upstate region.
“I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to become a partner at Trinity Partners. Over the last two and a half years, I’ve come to truly value this team and the dedication to building and sustaining our collaborative and entrepreneurial culture.” said Burgess. “I owe so much to the clients, colleagues, and friends who have trusted me along the way, and especially to my dad, whose example and guidance have shaped how I approach both business and life. I’m excited about what’s ahead and proud to keep building on Trinity’s strong foundation.”
A Greenville native, Burgess brings ten years of commercial real estate experience to his new role. He began his career at The Burgess Company in Greenville, working as a second-generation broker alongside his father, industry leader Bill Burgess. He serves on the Board of Directors for the South Carolina chapter of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and is an active member of the Carolinas Chapter of SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors).
Before beginning his commercial real estate career, Burgess served four years in the U.S. Marine Corps, rising to the rank of Sergeant. His service included two combat deployments to Afghanistan and a deployment with the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit aboard the USS Boxer, USS New Orleans, and USS Comstock throughout the Pacific Theater.
