Bell Partners Relocates to Providence Park in South Charlotte
Charlotte, North Carolina – April 1, 2019 – Bell Partners, a privately held, vertically-integrated apartment investment and management company focused on high-quality multifamily communities throughout the United States, has officially relocated its Charlotte office to Providence Park (10706 Sikes Place, Suite 250), a 4,234 SF space in the South Charlotte submarket.
Trinity Partners’ Director of Office Tenant Representation, Ann-Fleming Powell, and Tenant Representation associate, Mary Katherine Cottrill, represented Bell Partners in the deal. Robby Kirby with MPV Properties represented the landlord, Marsh Bissell Patrick.

Bell Partners’ Charlotte office was originally located in SouthPark, but the company felt the move to the South Charlotte submarket provided a better commuting time for its local employees. Bell Partners currently employs more than 1,250 associates and has eight offices across the United States, with its headquarters in Greensboro, North Carolina.
