Trinity Partners Announces the Sale of 2715 Gray Fox Road

A single-tenant office/warehouse building in the Industrial Ventures II Business Park in Monroe, North Carolina

Monroe, North CarolinaMarch 12, 2024 – 2715 Gray Fox Road, a 19,593 square foot industrial building located in the Industrial Ventures II Business Park in Monroe, has officially sold to a private owner/user. Dunn Mileham, David Morris, and Eric Jennings of Trinity Partners handled the transaction on behalf of the seller.

At the time of the sale, the building was unoccupied. The selling party, Thomas Precision Technologies, LLC, had previously occupied the property until 2023, when operations were consolidated into an affiliated company’s facility in Georgia.
