Raleigh, NC – April 24, 2024 – Trinity Partners, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm, appoints Margaret Williams as Director, Life Science Property Management. In this role, Williams will lead the firm's life science efforts across the Triangle region, focusing on expanding and strengthening Trinity Partners' life science portfolio and team.

Margaret Williams brings a unique blend of scientific and commercial real estate expertise to Trinity Partners. For over a decade, she thrived as a research and development engineer and scientist in the chemical industry. During this time, she honed her skills in defining and managing product and process development projects for major global accounts. This experience provided her with an exceptional understanding of research and laboratory operations, best practices, and crucial requirements specific to the life science sector.

Leveraging her deep scientific knowledge, Williams transitioned seamlessly into commercial real estate. Her background includes experience as a property accountant with Avison Young and most recently as a Vice President, Senior Property Manager with Lincoln Harris. In this leadership role, she oversaw the direct management of a vast and diverse portfolio including life science facilities, Class A office buildings, medical properties, industrial spaces, and retail assets for national, international, and publicly traded ownership groups and investment partners.

Margaret Williams holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Textile and Mechanical Engineering from NC State University.
