Columbia, South Carolina – April 15, 2024, Trinity Partners has completed an office lease with University Industry Demonstration Partnership, Inc. (UIDP) for space in 701 Gervais Street located in Columbia’s Historic Vista District.

UIDP is a member organization that works together with private industries to build better collaborative relationships between private industries and research institutions. Bruce Harper, Founding Partner, and Robbie Cook, Brokerage Associate, represented the landlord in the transaction.
