Fifth Avenue at Forest Hills Shopping Center
Senior Director of Retail Brokerage Services, Beverly Keith, CCIM, is now representing Fifth Avenue at Forest Hills Shopping Center. The 23,200 SF shopping center, owned by Sunbelt 70, LLC, is located on Highway 70, near I-40 and Highway 401. The pedestrian-friendly retail space features easy access to storefronts with ample parking. Current tenants include Tyron Family Dentistry, Subway, Tookie’s Grill, and 5th Avenue Café.

Beverly Keith plans to expand Trinity Partners’ growing retail portfolio into Virginia, as Trinity Partners is now licensed to conduct business in the state. She is actively working with owners on retail projects, anticipating new listings before the end of second quarter 2013.

Trinity Partners Construction Services completed the first generation build-out of 12,238 SF at Palladian II for one of the firm’s long-term clients, Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. “It was truly a collaborative project, with Lincoln Harris as Project and Property managers, Synergy Advisors as the tenant representative, and Trinity Partners as representative for the landlord,” said Partner and Director of Construction Services, Dave Townsend. Trinity Partners Construction Project Coordinator Joe Maley managed the build-out, and noted that he’s observing a noticeable increase in tenant momentum. “If our project outlook is any indication, the remainder of the year looks to be a busy one for Construction Services,” Maley commented. “Tenants are eager to find the right space, but space is getting harder to come by. But once they find it, we are working quickly and efficiently to get them into their space as soon as possible.”

Trinity Partners Property Management team has been hired by Townside Center Property Owners Association to manage their 31,158 SF building, comprised of ground-floor retail and upper level office condominiums. Located in the popular Scotts Mills neighborhood in Apex, Townside Center continues to build upon its live-work-play appeal, featuring retail, office, condominiums and apartments centrally located between US 1and NC Hwy 64.

Broker Sam DiFranco, Jr recently assisted Legacy Chiropractic in finding their new office space in Cary. The 1,650 SF medical office is located at 201 Davis Grove, a garden-style building directly across the street from Davis Drive elementary and middle schools. The chiropractic firm will start working from the new space in August 2013.
