Carolinas AGC (Associated General Contractors) to their new headquarters on the top floor of SouthPark’s 3 South Executive Park, wrapping up a project that allowed the Trinity team to work together seamlessly from start to finish.

Trinity’s Leah Bailey, SIOR and Katherine Richey leased 7,328 SF of space to Carolinas AGC, the largest construction trade association in the Carolinas. Stephen Woodard (formerly of MPV) represented the tenant, and Leah and Katherine lease the building on behalf of the owners, DG Delaware, and Trinity’s James Hollins serves as Property Manager.

Once the lease was executed, Trinity’s Margaret Markovich, a project manager, stepped in to orchestrate the space’s upfit with Charlotte’s Trinity Construction Services Group, led by Randy Gonyea.

The space was delivered on time and under budget. “Just how we like it,” said Gonyea. “And since Carolinas AGC sets the standard for our industry, we’re especially proud that they are thrilled with their new space. Carolinas AGC raving about our work is like Michael Jordan complimenting my free throw.”

“We are so appreciative of the work that you did to compact the construction calendar and get us in by our due date, and that was before an awful snowstorm,” said Cynthia Mills, Carolinas AGC President and CEO. “It looks absolutely terrific – even better than I imagined. Thank you for the attention to detail and the speed with which you managed the project. Now we have a space that reflects our pride in the construction industry, the future, and our care for our members. Thanks for being such an important part of creating the next vision for Carolinas AGC.”
