Trinity Partners Represents Seller in the Sale of 1351 Key Road, Columbia, SC

Columbia, South Carolina – February 13, 2023, Nick Stomski, SIOR and Jake Nidiffer of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the recent sale of 1351 Key Road in Columbia, SC. The 45,000 square foot manufacturing building situated on approximately 4 acres was purchased by Performance Ink.

Performance Ink manufactures and distributes replacement parts for use in the retail petroleum industry and well as engineered printed solutions for manufacturing companies. Products include filters, nozzles, keypads, labels, decals, lens, displays, card readers, nameplates, signage, graphics and many other branding and imaging items.

The company has been experiencing tremendous growth over the last several years and is currently operating out of two facilities. They look forward to consolidating operations under one roof and gaining much needed space to better support their future needs. After repairs, upfit and cosmetic upgrades they expect to be fully operational in the new location by the end of the year.
