Columbia, South Carolina – November 1, 2023, Trinity Partners recently facilitated the investment sale of 2123 Greene Street in Columbia’s Five Points district. The retail property was sold with two tenants in place. Pure Barre and Blue Pizza occupy the building with three years remaining on their respective leases.

Partner, Rob Lapin represented the seller in the transaction and Ryan Causey represented the buyer with Founding Partner, Nick Stomski, SIOR and Jake Nidiffer.

The return on the property, located in the popular Five Points district, represents a great opportunity for the buyer to place money into a consistently relevant area.
