Trinity Partners Facilitates the Sale of Office Building in Lexington, SC

Columbia, South Carolina – September 18, 2023, Trinity Partners Columbia recently facilitated the sale of a 4,765 square foot office building located at 125 Park Place Court in Lexington, SC.

Roger Winn, SIOR and Braden Shockley represented the seller, Sterling Property Systems, LLC in the transaction. The property was purchased by Foundation Property Group for $1,100,000.

The new tenant, a medical user, found this property desirable as it is well located near Lexington, I-20, Lexington Medical Center, and other surrounding medical facilities. The building is currently under construction to fit the tenant’s specific use. They will occupy the space once construction is complete.
