Trinity Partners Facilitates the Sale of 3020 Bluff Road

Columbia, South Carolina – September 13, 2023, Trinity Partners Columbia recently facilitated the sale of 3020 Bluff Road in Columbia, SC.

The ±15,000 square foot refrigerated, cross-dock facility is situated on 3.50 acres in Southeast Columbia. Nick Stomski, SIOR, Jake Nidiffer, and Ryan Causey represented the seller, New Dairy SC in the transaction.

The new owner engaged Nick Stomski, SIOR to represent the buyer on negotiating a lease with a prospective tenant. Ben Brantley of CBRE represented the tenant in the transaction. Building improvements are underway as the new owner, a local investor, plans to improve the property and rehab the building for a new industrial tenant.
