Columbia, South Carolina – August 30, 2023, Bruce Harper, SIOR, Managing Partner with Trinity Partners’ Columbia office, represented the seller in the sale of 459 St. Andrews Road, located off Interstate 26 in Columbia, SC. The ±4,805 square foot office building, originally developed as a residential real estate office, sold for $450,000. The purchaser, The Laubshire Law Firm, represented by David Brock of ERA Wilder Realty, Inc., plans to move their firm into the property.
