Trinity Partners Columbia Facilitates the Sale of Two Development Parcels

Columbia, South Carolina – September 6, 2023, Trinity Partners Columbia represented both sides in the sale of two development parcels located on Spears Creek Church Road in Columbia, SC.

Braden Shockley and Roger Winn, SIOR represented the buyer in the purchase of a 0.94-acre parcel for $715,000. The buyer plans to develop a car wash at this site.

Also on Spears Creek Church Road, Paul Hartley, SIOR and Braden Shockley represented the buyer in the purchase of 1.51 acres. The property was purchased for $857,089. The buyer plans to develop a day care at this site.

Managing Partner, Bruce Harper, SIOR and Rob Lapin represented the seller in both transactions.

This trade area in Northeast Columbia has experienced significant growth through multiple new single family housing projects leading to increased commercial development in close proximity to I-20.
