Trinity Partners Announces the Sale of 11327 Allen Station Drive
A multi-tenant office/warehouse building in the Clear Creek Business Park in Charlotte (Mint Hill), North Carolina
Charlotte, North Carolina – February 27, 2024 – 11327 Allen Station Drive, a 23,990 square foot industrial building located in the Clear Creek Business Park in Charlotte/Mint Hill, has officially sold to an entity affiliated with Miller Development. David Morris, Dunn Mileham, and Eric Jennings of Trinity Partners handled the transaction on behalf of the seller.
At the time of the sale, the building was 100% occupied by DesignBuild Mechanical, Ace Industries, and CRS Building Automation Systems. The selling party, Berkshire Partners #17, LLC, along with development and leasing partner MPV Properties, originally developed the property as a part of a master-planned industrial park within the Clear Creek Business Park. The property was completed in late 2019 and was fully leased by MPV Properties in the fall of 2020.
