New Deals – Charlotte

615 South College: Little Diversified Architectural Consulting leased 59,920 SF of office space. John Ball at Trinity Partners and Travis Garland at Portman Holdings represented the landlord. Keith Bell and John Christenbury with at Cushman & Wakefield represented Little in the lease transaction. Interior Architects leased 3,908 SF of office space at 615 South College. John Ball and Travis Garland represented the landlord, and Cristy Nine and Virginia Luther at Savills Studley represented the tenant.

8 Acres on Westinghouse Blvd.: CMRE Partners bought eight acres of land on Westinghouse Blvd. Trinity’s William Maxwell represented the seller, Randolph and Sons Development, LLC. Brick Bryant, also with Trinity Partners, represented the buyer.

NorthPointe One: American Homes 4 Rent leased 7,331 SF on the second floor. John Ball represented the landlord, NorthPointe Realty Corporation.

South End Business Park: Heath Consultants, Inc., leased 4,795 SF of flex/industrial space. Brick Bryant represented the landlord, Stockbridge 77 Corporate Park, LLC. Dorsey Allison with KW Commercial represented the tenant.

1.25 Acres in Huntersville: Charlotte Metro Federal Credit Union bought 1.25 acres of land in Huntersville, North Carolina. William Maxwell represented the seller. Sam Kline with CBC MECA represented the tenant.

New Deals – Raleigh / Durham

Kellie Drive: TOA-DMC 2, LLC, purchased 1.1 acres of land in Smithfield, North Carolina. Trinity’s Sam DiFranco represented the buyer. Teresa Daughtry of Partners Commercial Realty represented the seller, Wolfpack Investors, LLC.

Charter Square: Ray Allen, Inc. leased 7,727 SF of office space. Trinity’s Dan Thomson and Patrick Blackley represented the tenant. Issac Brown of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord, Distil Networks Inc.

Perimeter Park: Conduent Business Services, LLC, leased 36,887 SF of office space. Trinity’s William Allen represented the landlord, Perimeter Center 7 Pack LLC. Bill Sandridge of JLL represented the tenant.

Shearon Farms: DiMeglio Enterprises leased 2,500 SF of space. Trinity’s Esther Austin represented the landlord, Willis & Cabot Properties. No co-broker was involved in the transaction.

Sunset Ridge: Solutions Project Delivery leased office space. Trinity’s Esther Austin represented the landlord, Velocis Sunset LP. Dave Fleming of JLL represented the tenant.

Peakway Market: Whiteboard Creative Group leased office space. Trinity’s Mike Eberle represented the landlord, PNC of North Carolina. No co-broker was involved in the transaction.

200 Regency Forest: Corvias LLC leased 2,356 SF of office space. Trinity’s Esther Austin and William Allen represented the landlord, TNREF III Regency Forest, LLC. Dan Thomson and Patrick Blackley of Trinity Partners represented the tenant. Corvias LLC also terminated their lease at 100 Regency Forest. Their 10,925 SF suite was leased by Micromass (expansion space).

Expansions – Charlotte

Three South Executive Park: AgData expands its lease by 7,328 SF on the third floor. Trinity’s Jennifer Kurz and Maddy Howey represented the landlord, 3 SEP-OCP. Bryan White and Chris Schaaf with JLL represented the tenant.

Toringdon 1: Heartland Payment Systems expanded its lease by 2,085 SF on the third floor. Trinity’s Rhea Greene represented the landlord, Toringdon Office Venture, LLC. Matthew Meade with MWM Group represented the tenant.

Renewals – Charlotte

3845 Shopton Road: Brevetti, Inc., renewed its lease for 6,400 SF of industrial space. Trinity’s Bill Wood represented the landlord, AKF2 Shopton, LLC.

1801 Reames Road: Allstate Insurance Company renewed its lease for 105,600 SF. Bill Wood represented the landlord, BPREP Reames Road LLC. Anne Johnson and Bryan Crutcher with CBRE represented the tenant.

3401-A Woodpark Blvd.: Meadow Burke, LLC, renewed its lease for 15,400 SF. Bill Wood represented the landlord, BPREP Woodland LLC. Frank Larsen with CBRE represented the tenant.
