News Beauxwright’s 1900 West Morehead in FreeMoreWest to deliver this fall
Charlotte, NC – August 9, 2021 – 1900 West Morehead, an adaptive-reuse office development in FreeMoreWest, is currently under construction and will be complete at the end of October. The two-story building is in FreeMoreWest, Charlotte’s burgeoning live-work-play destination just outside of Uptown.
The 35,836 SF building is on West Morehead across from WBTV’s television studio. Rich in history, the original structure dates to 1957 when it was home to a family-run vending machine distributor. Today, the property is designed to create a healthier workplace with a wide main and elevator lobby, expansive stairwells for social distancing, dedicated outdoor space, and ground-floor suite entrances. Two of the building’s most unique features are its operable windows, allowing for heightened fresh air circulation, and a large second-floor outdoor terrace with expansive and impressive Uptown views. Additionally, major tenants have the opportunity for building and monument signage.
Trinity Partners’ Rhea Greene and Maddy Howey are responsible for leasing the property on behalf of Beauxwright. Trinity Partners will also manage the property.
