News Ann-Fleming Powell Joins Trinity Partners’ Charlotte office as Director of Tenant Representation
Trinity Partners is pleased to announce the newest addition to the Charlotte office. Ann Fleming Powell is now directing the firm’s Charlotte Tenant Representation platform.
“I’ve always admired the people and the culture at Trinity Partners, and I’m thrilled to be joining the team. These people are passionate about their work and Trinity’s vision, and are remarkably dedicated to the clients they serve,” Powell said. “I look forward to working with Spencer and building on the success he’s been able to achieve thus far. It’s an exciting time to be among the rest of the Trinity service lines as we grow the tenant representation platform.”
Powell’s extensive experience negotiating leases and renewals, acquisitions, and dispositions position her to serve as a valued advisor for the Trinity Partners team. She’ll work closely with Trinity’s Spencer Hawkins, who has successfully grown his client roster and relationships over his four-year tenure with the firm.
“I’ve known Ann-Fleming for years. It’s exciting to have her join us,” said Adam Colvin, Managing Partner at Trinity Partners. “She’s an experienced tenant rep broker who will add significant depth as we expand our reach in this growing market. We’re firm believers that having best-in-class leadership across all of our service lines improves the value we add to all of our clients.”
Powell joins Trinity Partners after six years as a Vice President/Transaction Broker with Lincoln Harris Corporate Services group, where she negotiated acquisitions, renewals, lease buyouts, and sublease dispositions on behalf of Bank of America and its affiliates in North and South Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia. During the six years she was on the account, Powell closed office lease transactions totaling approximately 1.9 million square feet ranging in size from 100 to 100,000 square feet. Prior to her work with Lincoln Harris, she was an Associate Broker with Jones Lang LaSalle’s Tenant Representation services team. Powell is a licensed broker in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee.
Powell is an accomplished member of several industry professional organizations and holds the coveted designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) from the CCIM institute. She’s a member of CoreNet and the Charlotte Chapter of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women). A Winston-Salem native, she graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication.
