In 1998, three of Charlotte’s top brokers got together with an idea to create a commercial real estate firm that approached the industry a little differently than the rest. Peter Conway, David Allen, and Gary Chesson wanted to build a company with an entrepreneurial approach and ownership mindset, not bound by typical corporate structures and silos. They quickly grew Trinity Partners’ Charlotte portfolio, focusing on office and industrial leasing and property management. Now, our Charlotte headquarters is a top firm in the city, leasing and managing some of Charlotte’s most notable workplaces. Led by managing partners Adam Colvin and Rhea Greene, we continue to expand both our Charlotte team and service platform, including two of our newest offerings; Trinity Creative and Bloom.
