News Toringdon Office Park Welcomes Several New Tenants: South Charlotte Campus Adds Daniels Company, Mark Spain Realty, and TruNorth
Trinity Partners is pleased to announce three new lease transactions at Toringdon Office Park in South Charlotte, continuing a strong run of leasing activity at the premier Class-A campus to open the year.
Daniels Company has signed a 1,324-square-foot lease at Toringdon 5, while Mark Spain Realty has committed to 2,787 square feet at Toringdon 4. TruNorth has also joined the Toringdon roster, signing a 2,152-square-foot lease at Toringdon 4. Most recently, Dr. Aten & Garofalo Dentistry renewed their 4,460 square-feet at Toringdon 1.
The spring signings build on a productive first quarter that saw four additional transactions close earlier in the year. Daramic signed a 4,500-square-foot new lease at Toringdon 5, and ResourceWise committed to 7,799 square feet at Toringdon 3. ClearGen and BHHS / Preferred Carolinas each renewed their commitments to the park — ClearGen in 5,148 square feet at Toringdon 1, and Berkshire Hathaway Home Services / Preferred Carolinas in 8,436 square feet, also at Toringdon 1.
Owned by Trinity Capital Advisors, Toringdon Office Park has been under single ownership since the firm acquired its final four buildings following an initial two-building purchase in 2012. Since bringing the entire park under one roof, Trinity Capital Advisors has invested significantly in the campus, adding a full-service fitness center and pocket park, and launching Bloom, a dynamic tenant experience program offering onsite food trucks, fitness classes, community events, and more. The combined improvements have helped drive steady occupancy gains as South Charlotte’s appeal among office users has continued to grow.
Toringdon’s location directly off I-485 and Johnston Road, adjacent to Ballantyne and surrounded by a deep amenity base, continues to resonate with a wide range of companies. Current tenants include Pulte Homes, Hearst, AAA Carolinas, Global Payments / Heartland, ADP, Leidos, and Venture X.
