Trinity Partners now leasing Adler Kawa's Oak Hill portfolio

Adler Kawa Real Estate Advisors, a joint venture between real estate firm Adler Group and investment firm Kawa Capital Management, has named Trinity Partners as the exclusive leasing agent for their recently purchased four-building portfolio in Charlotte’s Oak Hill Business Park. The 248,487 SF portfolio is centrally located in the heart of the I-77 office submarket, directly off of the interstate and Arrowood Road.

• Live Oak: 8701 Red Oak Boulevard, 81,586 SF ($17.50 PSF)

• Willow Oak: 8757 Red Oak Boulevard, 36,878 SF ($17.00 PSF)
