Carillon: Apollon Holdings leased 1,846 SF. Trinity’s Jennifer Kurz and Rhea Greene represented the landlord, KBSIII. Ann-Fleming Powell represented the tenant.

One University Place: Bayada Home Health Care leased 3,798 SF. Bayada Home Health Care also expanded its lease 2,108 SF. Trinity’s Jennifer Kurz and Maddy Howey represented the landlord, One University Place. No outside broker was involved in this transaction.
