The Atlanta Origin Story

Over the past 27 years, our growth has resulted from a mix of strategy and opportunity. Our newest office in Atlanta is no exception. In May of 2024, we entered the Atlanta market after acquiring APG Real Estate Services, Atlanta Property Group’s leasing and management platform. The acquisition brought 46 industry professionals and a 19-building, 5 million-square-foot portfolio of property management and leasing services to Trinity Partners and became our first office outside the Carolinas.

We first met Atlanta Property Group in 2017 when they hired our leasing and management teams after acquiring two office buildings in Charlotte’s Airport submarket. Put simply, we got along great. We developed a strong relationship through our similar company cultures that valued taking ownership and making moves while remaining scrappy and nimble in how we approach our work. So when Atlanta Property Group decided it was time to grow their real estate services platform, they reached out to us.
