About Joe
Joe Crawford is a Partner at Trinity Partners and brings more than 18 years of commercial real estate experience spanning property management, client service, tenant relations, and asset-level operations. His background includes roles with The Shopping Center Group, Atlanta Property Group, and Trinity Partners, giving him a well-rounded perspective across both advisory and institutional ownership environments.
Joe is known for building strong client and tenant relationships, leading high-performing teams, and implementing practical operating strategies that enhance asset performance and drive long-term value. He is a member of IREM and holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation.
Joe is an Atlanta native and Auburn University grad, he lives in East Cobb with his wife Katie and their two sons, Joseph and Max. Outside of work, you can find Joe coaching youth sports, attending concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
