Trinity Partners Expands Industrial Management Portfolio with Oakcliff Assignment

ATLANTA, GA — Trinity Partners is pleased to announce our newest property management assignment in metro Atlanta: 3645 Oakcliff Road, a 60,168-square-foot industrial asset located in Doraville, Georgia on a 4.46-acre site.

The property was recently acquired by Convoy Capital Partners, and capital improvements are already underway to prepare the building for repositioning and reintroduction to the market.
