Trinity Partners is pleased to announce the addition of Jeff Day, Chisolm Nicholson, SIOR, CCIM, and Grayson Burgess, SIOR, CCIM as Senior Brokerage Associates.

Day comes to Trinity Partners after eight years with Pintail Capital Partners, representing local, regional, and national retailers and developers, including entitlements, site selection, land development, and exit strategies. Day brings his retail expertise to Trinity and will work closely with Lakin Parr, partner, to grow the firm’s retail portfolio while focusing on site selection, investment sale opportunities, and development projects. Day was a Baylor University soccer team member, graduating with a BA in marketing. Nicholson and Burgess bring proven experience across multiple asset classes to Trinity, including industrial, office, medical office, and land. They represent landlords, tenants, owners, and investors interested in expanding their real estate footprint and presence in Greenville and the region. Nicholson comes to Trinity from Flagship Commercial. He’s a South Carolina CCIM board member and graduated from Clemson University with a BS in Business Administration and Veterinary Medicine. Nicholson will partner with Walt Robinson to grow the firm’s industrial platform. Burgess worked with The Burgess Company before joining Trinity. The former United States Marine Corps sergeant graduated from Clemson University with a BS in Business Administration. Burgess will work with Edward Wilson, partner, to represent office landlords, tenants, and investors.

In January 2024, Trinity Partners Greenville announced a major expansion, adding four partners and brokerage in addition to property management. Led by Nicole Oakley, the Greenville office opened 10 years ago and has grown the property management portfolio to 2 million square feet. Oakley was named partner and welcomed three industry leaders as partners to lead brokerage: Edward Wilson, CCIM, SIOR, MCR, Walt Robinson, CCIM, SIOR, and Lakin Parr. Leadership quickly got to work to recruit local industry leaders in brokerage to continue growing the office and portfolio.

“Trinity Partners is uniquely positioned to provide best-in-class service to local and institutional real estate users and investors across the southeast,” said Edward Wilson, Greenville’s managing partner. “With the addition of Jeff Day, Chisolm Nicholson, SIOR, CCIM, and Grayson Burgess, SIOR, CCIM, we can provide formidable teams to our clients with experienced brokers who intimately understand our market. Further, we have the ability to leverage talent and experience across the southeast, maximizing partnerships and knowledge in the Charlotte, Raleigh, and Columbia markets. The Greenville office will continue to focus on recruiting high-caliber talent to expand the brokerage team.”

Founded in Charlotte, North Carolina in 1998, Trinity Partners expanded into Raleigh in 2009 and Greenville in 2013. It opened a second South Carolina office in Columbia in 2018. The Greenville office is planning for additional growth across both service lines and the Upstate region.
