Grayson Burgess, CCIM, SIOR

Grayson joined Trinity Partners in February 2024 as a Senior Broker in the Greenville office. He brings nine years of industry experience and specializes in office and medical office sales and leasing.

He began his commercial real estate career at The Burgess Company, LLC in Greenville, where he worked as a second-generation broker alongside his father, industry leader Bill Burgess. A proven top producer and respected leader in the field, Grayson serves on the Board of Directors for the South Carolina Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) chapter, as an active and serving member of the Carolinas Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).

Grayson earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Clemson University. Before attending college, he served in the U.S. Marine Corps for four years, rising to the rank of Sergeant. His service included two combat deployments to Afghanistan, as well as a deployment with the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit aboard the USS Boxer, USS New Orleans, and USS Comstock throughout the Pacific Theater.

In his free time, Grayson enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah, and their two children. He’s also an avid traveler and outdoorsman who enjoys snowboarding, camping, and playing hockey.
