News Trinity Partners Expands with Addition of Three New Brokers

Industry Veteran Sam DiFranco, Sam DiFranco, Jr., and Mark Alviano Join the Raleigh Office

Raleigh, NC – February 6, 2013 – Trinity Partners Raleigh continues to grow with the addition of three new brokers, adding depth and trusted experience to the firm’s platform.

With over 35 years in the business, Sam DiFranco (CCIM, SIOR, CEA) is well-known as one of Raleigh’s top commercial real estate producers and industry advocates through his affiliations with numerous CRE associations. His extensive experience in all facets of the commercial real estate industry includes sales and leasing experience with office, flex, industrial, and retail space. Sam joins Trinity Partners as a Partner in Brokerage Services after serving as the Managing Partner for Cresa Raleigh. Currently, he specializes in representing tenants, buyers, and investors, and he’ll work closely with his son, Sam DiFranco, Jr., to grow and expand the Trinity Partners’ buyer and tenant representation services. Sam Jr. graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Business Management, and has worked with his father at Cresa since January 2011. He is a current CCIM candidate.

Mark Alviano joins the firm as Raleigh’s Director of Investment Property Sales after his role as Principal at Triangle Commercial Investments, where he focused on increasing local investor capitalization in the Triangle region’s commercial assets. Alviano’s additional experience as partner of Americlub Financial, a financial advisory and asset management firm, coupled with his CPA skills, brings invaluable perspective to his work as a commercial real estate investment advisor. As Trinity Partners’ Director of Investment Property Sales, Alviano will deliver a range of attractive Triangle-area commercial investment opportunities for clients seeking to earn stable returns on long-term net leased properties and capitalize on historically low financing costs.

Trinity Partners continues to grow their Raleigh office after partnering with David Townsend, Partner and Director of Construction Services, in 2009 to open the firm’s first office outside of Charlotte. Today, 22 commercial real estate professionals work for Trinity Partners in their Raleigh office, and Townsend plans to continue the firm’s thoughtful and steady growth.
