News New Amenities open at Perimeter Park: Fitness Center and Cafe serving Starbucks
Tenants at Morrisville’s Perimeter Park have two more amenities to enjoy: a state-of-the-art fitness center, and meeting space and cafe serving the Starbucks drink menu, breakfast, lunch, and snacks.
7,207 SF of space in the Perimeter Four building is now home to the new amenities, featuring wi-fi and areas to plug-in, meet, and enjoy time outside of the office. The fitness center includes popular equipment like a boxing machine and cross-fit multi-station and full-sized locker rooms and shower facilities. Ownership invested one million dollars in the new amenities.
Acquired in April 2015 by a joint venture between Trinity Capital Advisors, Starwood Capital, and Vanderbilt Partners, the Morrisville office park features 21 buildings ranging from flex to Class A office space. In addition to the 21 existing buildings, Perimeter Park features five build-to-suit development opportunities totaling over 700,000 SF of space that includes Perimeter Five, Six, and Seven.
“We’ve been very deliberate with our improvements to the Park since acquisition,” said Jeff Sheehan, Partner at Trinity Capital Advisors. “With these new investments at Perimeter Park we aim to be the gold standard for Office location in the Triangle. A host of world-class companies have chosen to call Perimeter Park home, and our goal is to help them compete for world-class talent by making these types of meaningful investments.”
Trinity Partners Property Management and Marketing Teams developed the popular Food Truck Tuesdays, serving up to 600 tenants weekly from the region’s most popular food trucks.
“Our additional development opportunities with the Perimeter Five, Six, and Seven buildings will allow us to create even more shared amenity space, including outdoor green-space,” noted William Allen, Partner at Trinity Partners. Allen is responsible for leasing duties for the Park on behalf of the landlord. “We’re dedicated to providing the office experience and environment that allows our tenants like Microsoft, MaxPoint, and Channel Advisor to not only enjoy their office environment, but continue to attract the best and brightest employees.”
