Industry Veteran joins Trinity Partners Greenville Brokerage Team

Trinity Partners Greenville continues to grow its brokerage platform with the recent addition of Tyson Glasser, CCIM. The 20-year industry veteran joins the firm as Senior Brokerage Associate focusing on net lease retail investments.

Glasser began his commercial real estate career in 2003 as a member of The Shopping Center Group’s Investment Sales team in Atlanta. He relocated to Greenville in 2008 to start an investment sales and capital markets division for RealtyLink Development, where he executed over 250 net lease sales and financing deals totaling approximately. $1.25 billion. At Trinity Partners, he’ll work closely with Lakin Parr, Partner, and Jeff Day, Senior Brokerage Associate, to grow the Company’s retail brokerage pipeline.

Glasser is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business Real Estate Program. He holds a South Carolina Broker License and has been a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Designee since 2009 and an SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) Member Associate since 2022.

Glasser’s announcement marks the fourth new broker to join Greenville’s new brokerage platform that began this January. Trinity Partners recently announced the addition of Jeff Day, Chisolm Nicholson, SIOR, CCIM, and Grayson Burgess, SIOR, CCIM to the team. Market leadership plans continued growth to the brokerage platform and property management service line, which has been operating for the past 10 years and manages 2 million square feet of commercial space across the Upstate.

Founded in Charlotte, North Carolina in 1998, Trinity Partners expanded into Raleigh in 2009 and Greenville in 2013. It opened a second South Carolina office in Columbia in 2018. The Greenville office is planning for additional growth across both service lines and the Upstate region.
