The Raleigh Origin Story

In 2009, we partnered with commercial real estate veteran, David Townsend, and 13 other professionals from the Raleigh-Durham market to open our second office. Under David’s leadership, the office quickly grew a reputation as a market leader in tenant upfits and project management. Sam DiFranco, Sr. soon joined, expanding our brokerage services with a wealth of experience and relationships. Our office leasing portfolio was next in line for expansion with the addition of William Allen as a partner, an accomplished landlord leasing broker. As the portfolio grew, so did Raleigh’s leadership, adding Mark Alviano, Amy Mayer, and Ryan Peterman to the partnership group. Now, our Raleigh office is a part of some of the most successful and innovative life science, office, and mixed-use real estate projects in the Triangle.
