News Rubrik Secures 13,211 SF Lease at 1500 Perimeter Park Drive
Morrisville, NC, July 18 2025 – Mapletree Investments (“Mapletree” or “the Group”) is pleased to announce that Rubrik (NYSE: RBRK), a leading cyber resilience company, has signed a lease for 13,211 square feet (sq ft) of third-floor office space at 1500 Perimeter Park, located within the three million-sq ft Perimeter Park campus in Morrisville. Rubrik is relocating from Raleigh and expects to take occupancy in early 2026.

William Allen, Managing Partner, and Alex Dunn, Director, Office Leasing at Trinity Partners, represented Mapletree in the transaction, while Kimarie Ankenbrand and Seton Gilday of JLL represented Rubrik.
Leasing at Mapletree’s Perimeter Park assets has accelerated in recent months. In April 2025, Lane Construction leased 4,464 sq ft of office space at 1800 Perimeter Park, marking the builder’s expansion into the Raleigh-Durham market. JLL’s Matt Lunnen and Seton Gilday represented the firm in the transaction with the Trinity Partners team representing Mapletree.
In March 2025, software and services provider Eton Solutions moved from Mapletree’s 2250 Perimeter Park to the first floor of 1500 Perimeter Park, occupying a 7,796-sq ft space with open ceilings, glass office fronts and Class A finishes.
Perimeter Park, located minutes from Raleigh-Durham International Airport, offers convenient access to I-540, I-40, Airport Boulevard and Highway 54. The property has seen continuous enhancements, including the addition of a second fitness center with locker rooms and showers; a Wi-Fi-equipped café and lounge; a spacious conference facility; and a pocket park featuring bocce and a putting green. Tenants also enjoy year-round engagement events, including Food Truck Tuesdays, group fitness sessions and charitable fundraisers.
Singapore-based Mapletree entered the US real estate market in 2014. Beyond office, the Group’s US portfolio spans multiple asset classes, including logistics, data center, student housing and multifamily properties.
