Director, Office Leasing

Tim is a Director of Office Leasing at Trinity Partners, where he provides leadership and strategic support across the firm’s Charlotte Office Leasing portfolio. He joined Trinity Partners in 2019 after beginning his career in investment management and has since become a key contributor to the Office Leasing platform, combining analytical insight with a collaborative, relationship-driven approach.

In his role, Tim works closely with ownership groups and Trinity Leasing teams throughout all phases of the leasing process, including conducting tours, preparing and negotiating proposals, landlord reporting, and client communication. He also leads efforts related to market research, data analysis, and reporting, providing critical insights that inform Office Leasing strategy and marketing direction across the portfolio.

Tim’s experience spans a diverse group of office assets across the Charlotte market, with current assignments including 200 S College, Carillon, Harris Corners, Innovation Park, One South, Rotunda, and SteelYard. He works on behalf of respected owners and investors such as Bridge Investment Group, Cousins Properties, Equus Capital Partners, KBS, and Somerset Properties. He is known for his enthusiasm for Charlotte and the commercial real estate industry, bringing energy, precision, and strategic thinking to every assignment as he continues to build strong relationships with owners, brokers, and colleagues.

Prior to joining Trinity Partners, Tim worked in management consulting with NTT (formerly Carlisle and Gallagher) and in investment management at Cambridge Associates. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Richmond.

Outside of work, Tim is an active volunteer with JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) and a member of CRCBR (Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors). An avid sportsman, he enjoys golfing, skiing, and hiking whenever possible.
