Terry leads the Industrial Property Services team at Trinity Partners, representing industrial owners nationwide and users throughout the Southeast. He joined Trinity Partners over 25 years ago, and has played a key role in growing Trinity’s industrial platform and expanding its service capabilities over nearly three decades.

An accomplished industry veteran, Terry brings deep expertise across the industrial asset class, including acquisition and disposition, land sales, development, landlord leasing, and tenant representation. He has worked with many of the country’s most respected institutional owners, including STAG Industrial, TA Realty, East Group Properties, Fort Properties, ING, Crow Holdings, Centex Commercial, Stockbridge Capital, and Rialto. In addition, Terry has been involved in some of the Charlotte market’s most notable industrial transactions, representing users such as Williams-Sonoma, Spencer Gifts, International Paper, W.W. Grainger, Westinghouse, Lowe’s, PODS, Textron, Atlas Copco, and BASF.

Terry is known for his relationship-driven approach and deep market knowledge, earning the trust of owners, tenants, and industry peers alike. His leadership has helped position Trinity Partners as a leading industrial services firm across the region.

Terry is a past President of the Charlotte Chapter of NAIOP and continues to serve on the organization’s Board of Advisors. He earned his degree in Industrial Relations and Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
