Macon Lovelace brings 19 years of experience in the South Carolina commercial real estate market to Trinity Partners. As one of the Founding Partners of the Columbia office, Macon focuses on brokerage and development.

Macon brings a diverse background in commercial real estate, banking (commercial lending), and property development. He is an accomplished producer known for his financial acumen and holistic approach to each transaction. His specialties include the sale and leasing of office properties, site development, investment properties, and tax deferred exchanges under §1031 of the Internal Revenue Code.

Macon has been consistently recognized for his professional excellence and was recognized in 2020 for the top selling individual broker in South Carolina by the Columbia, Greenville, and Charleston Business Monthly publications. He has been consistently recognized by CoStar as a regional top broker based on overall transaction volume and has been a member of SIOR since 2015. Macon also represents several large privately held distribution businesses that are headquartered out of the Southeast and he represents their companies in their leasing and acquisition of large scale industrial facilities in all US markets.

He serves on the board for the Sisters of Charity Foundation of South Carolina, Will For Hope Foundation and a member of the Advisory Board of First Reliance Bank. He also serves as a public member of the SC Supreme Court’s Commission on Lawyer Conduct. Macon is a former executive board member of the Columbia Chamber of Commerce, the Past President of the Leadership Columbia Alumni Association, Former Board Chair of City Year Columbia, and a graduate of Leadership South Carolina and Leadership Columbia.

Macon graduated from Wofford College, cum laude, with a degree in International Business, and he attended the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. Macon and his wife have two children. He enjoys anything outdoors, playing golf, and traveling.
