Jennifer is a Partner at Trinity Partners, bringing a strategic, owner-focused approach to office leasing and portfolio performance. She joined Trinity Partners in 2011 after gaining experience in one of the nation’s most competitive commercial real estate markets—Washington, DC—and has since become a key leader within the firm’s office leasing platform.

Jennifer oversees the leasing and marketing of nearly 3.5 million square feet of office space, spanning suburban office parks to prominent downtown towers. She works closely with institutional owners, asset managers, and Trinity Partners’ leasing teams to develop and execute thoughtful, customized leasing strategies that drive long-term value. Her current and past clients include AIG, Stockbridge Capital, KBS, DRA Advisors, and Origin Investments.

Known for her collaborative and detail-driven approach, Jennifer is deeply involved in all aspects of listing management, from positioning and marketing to broker engagement and lease negotiations. She originally joined Trinity Partners as Director of Office Leasing and was named Partner in 2019, reflecting her leadership, expertise, and consistent results.

A native of Saint Simons Island, Georgia, Jennifer earned her degree in Finance from the University of Georgia.
