János Balázs holds over 18 years of commercial maintenance experience. He works as Chief Engineer and is an expert electrician. Janos is responsible for interior and exterior building inspection, managing work orders, log tracking and meeting with vendors to coordinate and oversee repairs.

Formerly a Director of Maintenance at CCH Healthcare in Ohio, Janos also spent eight years of his professional experience working at a pasta factory in Europe. Originally from Eastern Europe, Janos graduated from an electrical trade school overseas. He then moved to America where he learned English from a community college in Ohio and became a United States citizen.

When he is not working, Janos enjoys watching movies, telling jokes, spending quality time with his wife and son as well as playing tuba at church.
