Team Bruce Harper, SIOR
Bruce Harper, SIOR, is a founding partner of the Trinity Partners South Carolina offices. With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Bruce brings a deep and exceptional level of expertise spanning all facets of the commercial real estate business. In September 2018, Bruce was an integral part of launching the Trintiy Partners Columbia, SC office serving as its original Managing Partner and Broker-in-Charge. In 2024, Bruce transitioned out of this role to focus directly on serving his clients and pursuit of investment opportunities. He plays a key role in the continued growth of the firm’s Greenville, SC office and also serves on the overall company’s Executive Committee. Prior to joining Trinity Partners, Bruce was President and Broker-in-Charge of a large, regional commercial real estate firm.
Today, Bruce conducts brokerage and receivership business both locally in the Carolinas and nationally on behalf of his national clients. His area of expertise includes corporate services, investment sales, office and medical sales and leasing, industrial sales and leasing, land sales, receivership services, and investment and development.
As a long-time pillar of the Columbia community and an active member of several industry associations, Bruce has earned an impressive list of accolades, honors and recognitions from the industry and his peers. He was recognized by The State newspaper for his commitment to excellence and community service as a 20 Under 40 award recipient in 2008 and personally achieved the Central Carolina Realtor Association’s (CCRA) Circle of Excellence Award, while a member, every year since 1999, achieving Gold Status each year from 2005. He was also the recipient of the CCRA’s 2008 and 2010 Commercial Transaction of the Year Award.
He is a former long-time member of the Central Carolina Realtors Association (CCRA) and a former member of the Board of Directors of the Commercial Investment Division of CCRA. Bruce is a past Chairman of the CCRA Commercial Alliance and has served on its Circle of Excellence Committee for 18 years. He has been an active member of the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR) since 2008 and a past member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Furthermore, he was a former board member of the City of Columbia Design Development and Review, former board member of the Clemson University Board of Visitors, and past CCIM/SIOR Columbia Market Forecast board member. Bruce is a current member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and attends Eastminster Presbyterian Church.
A lifelong South Carolinian, Bruce received a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University. He holds a real estate license in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. Bruce is married with two boys, with whom he loves spending his time and travelling with , especially to their mountain home in Cashiers, North Carolina.
