Braden has been awarded for his production, leadership, professionalism, and motivation to deliver best in class service through the Trinity Partners David Allen Award (2024), Best and Brightest in Columbia Under 35 (2024), Capital Young Professionals Award (2023) and Columbia Chamber’s Leadership Columbia (2020).
Braden is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), a global organization comprised of the top office and industrial brokerage professionals. He also serves on SIOR’s Student Attendee Scholarship Committee, supporting the next generation of commercial real estate professionals by helping students gain access to industry conferences.
Braden is actively involved in the community through a local non-profit in Columbia, Camp Cole. He and his family chair one of the Camp’s largest fundraising events, the Happy Campers Oyster Roast. The event has raised over $250,000 since its inception in 2021. The event helps send children, teens and adults with illness, disabilities and life challenges to camp.
