Bill joined Trinity Partners in August of 1998, shortly after the founding of the company. He focuses exclusively on Landlord representation/project leasing. With more than 20 years of experience representing a wide variety of institutional owners, Bill’s level of in-depth market knowledge and daily interaction with those owners and their asset management teams gives him a unique skill set.
Current and past clients include Stockbridge Capital, CIP Real Estate, Brookfield Properties, Adler Real Estate Partners, TA Realty, FORT Properties, ING Clarion, EastGroup Properties, Trizec, Liberty Property Trust, First Industrial Realty Trust, Carlyle/FR Investors, and a variety of other investment partners.
Prior to joining Trinity, Bill spent four years representing industrial tenants and owners as an industrial real estate broker in Charlotte. Bill graduated from Davidson College in 1990. Bill is a graduate of both the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce “Leadership Charlotte” and the William States Lee Leadership Institute programs. An active member of the Charlotte Commercial Board of Realtors (“CRCBR”), Bill has been consistently acknowledged as a top producer at the annual CRCBR “Deal Makers” awards ceremony, and has received Silver, Gold, or Platinum Level recognition annually for high production volume.
