Senior Broker Associate, Greenville, SC 

Tyson joined Trinity Partners in March 2024 as a senior broker associate in the Greenville office. He brings to his role 20 years of industry experience and expertise in single and multi-tenant net lease retail investments.  

Prior to Trinity Partners, Tyson was executive vice president at Secure Net Lease, a nationally recognized brokerage firm that specializes in the buying and selling of net lease real estate throughout the U.S. And before that he worked in investment sales for Greenville-based  RealtyLink, LLC, where he sold or financed more than 250 commercial properties in 20 states, in deals totaling more than $1.25 billion. He began his career at The Shopping Center Group in Atlanta. 

Tyson earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in real estate at the University of Georgia.  

He is active in his community — specifically, Greenville Little League and YMCA of Greenville. 

In his free time, Tyson enjoys hanging out with his young son, playing various racket and paddle sports, reading and watching his Atlanta Braves.
