Thomas joined Trinity Partners in December 2023 as an associate in industrial property services in the Greenville office, where he specializes in industrial/flex tenant rep services and leasing. He has seven years of industry experience that combines analytical and tactical work.

Prior to Trinity Partners, he worked at Cone Health, helping the major healthcare system with leasing, acquisitions and tenant representation in North Carolina’s Triad. After that, he was an analyst at Bellwether Enterprise, which provides loan origination services nationwide for major developers and owners in industrial, retail and multifamily real estate.

Thomas earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Hampden-Sydney College. He is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS® and the Charlotte chapter of NAIOP.

The Charlotte, North Carolina, native enjoys playing golf, coaching youth lacrosse, traveling, exploring Charlotte, and spending time with friends and family.
