Telisha Wheeler is a Senior Property Manager at Trinity Partners, overseeing day-to-day operations at Camp North End, one of Charlotte’s most dynamic and complex mixed-use destinations. Spanning 76 acres and encompassing retail, restaurant, office, and warehouse space, Camp North End is a property that stays busy and robust. Telisha works closely with onsite client teams across construction, placemaking, event programming, and leasing, while managing annual budgets, financial and operational reporting, tenant rent management, invoice processing, project coordination, and vendor contracts.

With 11 years of industry experience, Telisha has built a reputation for excelling in high-activity, multifaceted environments that require both composure and quick thinking. She is known for her people-first approach, navigating complex situations and difficult conversations in a way that leaves tenants, clients, and colleagues feeling heard and supported.

Prior to her work with Trinity Partners, Telisha worked for Dilweg Properties managing TheXchange, a $30 million occupied redevelopment spanning 15 buildings, where she coordinated tenants, vendors, designers, and contractors while simultaneously managing daily operations of a 500,000+ SF business park with more than 70 tenants. 

Telisha is a member of CREW and volunteers her time with Second Harvest Food Bank and Operation Homefront, supporting food drives and back-to-school initiatives for military families. Outside of work, she is an avid reader and writer, a devoted music lover, and finds creative expression through art in whatever form inspires her at the moment.
